9. MEMBERS AREA & LOYALTY PROGRAM

9.1 Membership

To access the members’ area and participate in the loyalty program, you must create an account and provide accurate personal details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

9.2 Earning Points

You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding delivery charges, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated).
Points will be credited to your account once the order is successfully processed.

9.3 Redeeming Points

Once you have collected 45 points, you may redeem them for one free drink.
The free drink will be taken off the lowest marked price drink in your order.
Once points are redeemed, they cannot be reinstated, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Delivery Orders: A minimum order value of £4.80 applies for all delivery orders, even if you redeem a free drink. Delivery orders under £10 will also incur the standard £2.50 delivery charge.
Collection Orders: You may redeem your free drink on collection orders without a minimum spend or delivery charge. Your points balance will be reflected accordingly after purchase.

9.4 Account Balance & Updates

Your current points balance will be displayed in your account page.
Points are updated automatically following eligible transactions.

9.5 Loyalty Cards & Stamps

We also operate a physical loyalty card program where you receive 1 stamp per drink purchased. After 9 stamps, the 10th drink is free.
Stamps can be transferred into your online account balance upon request. Each stamp will be converted into 5 points.
Transferred stamps will then follow the same rules as digital points in your account.

9.6 Restrictions & Expiry

Points and stamps cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.
We reserve the right to impose an expiry period for unused points or stamps or to withdraw the program at any time with notice.
Fraudulent activity (including creating multiple accounts or abusing promotions) may result in loss of points/stamps and account suspension.

9.7 Changes to the Loyalty Program

Joys Bubble Tea Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program (including point values, redemption rules, and rewards) at any time.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joys Bubble Tea Ltd disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or any products and services purchased or obtained through the Website.

11. ONLINE ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and can only be placed during specified trading hours. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be fulfilled. Any such orders may be cancelled, and, if applicable, refunded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are clearly displayed on our menu and website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

11.1 Delivery

A minimum order value of £4.80 applies to all delivery orders. A standard delivery charge of £2.50 will apply to all orders under £10. Delivery is provided free of charge on orders with a value of £10 or more. We currently fulfil deliveries within a specified radius. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Customers must ensure delivery information is accurate.

11.2 Order Accuracy and Quality

Customers are encouraged to check their order at delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds for delivered items once handed over. If dissatisfied, notify us immediately. At our discretion, a replacement may be offered.

11.3 Allergies & Dietary Information

Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

11.4 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

11.5 Risk & Title

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment is received.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within England and Wales.

13. UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY
